WELCOME TO SWAZI GOURMET -- GOODNESS FROM THE AFRICAN SUN!

Our mission is to provide consumers with outstanding, delicious gourmet products that also benefit poor women and children in Swaziland.

The product line includes a range of savory and sweet items: Chilli Sauce, Triple Award-Winning Swazi Fire Sauce, Hot & Medium Curry Sauces, Guava Jam, Peach & Ginger Jam, and Marula Jelly. They are all natural, with no additives or preservatives.

These wonderful gourmet products are made by a nonprofit organization, Eswatini Swazi Kitchen (ESK), which has been helping Swazi women and children for over 17 years. ESK provides employment, directly or indirectly, for over 500 Swazi women. Employment empowers women in Swazi society and enables them to send their children to school. In addition, ESK funds support youth homes, schools and other programs for orphaned and vulnerable Swazi children.
